• OUR REGIONAL SUPPORT AND NETWORK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

    (SRDR)

The coaching component of the Perspective+ program provides real-world support to regional women farmers’ syndicates in order to boost union engagement and professionalize organizations. The SRDR program develops various tools and working committees to approach and train future women directors.

The team is committed to creating an environment of mutual participation, collaboration, dialogue and trust so women directors can acquire skills and tools according to their needs. Ongoing efforts are improving support and guidance for all 80 women serving in “women farmers” director positions on their local UPA syndicates.

The SRDR team assesses governance, analyzes operations, supports active member recruitment and promotes union engagement in our organizations.

NETWORKING TRAINING AND ACTIVTY

We offer a wide range of activities, conferences and trainings, both online and in person. Discover the opportunities on offer today!

OUR AMBASSADORS

Agricultrices du Québec has recruited 20 ambassadors to represent our organization. Our ambassadors are trained in and tasked with meeting non-member women farmers to discuss our mission and projects. We hope these meetings will inspire new members to join.
